CamCapture is a program that allows you to monitor web cams and save the images to file. You can also take snapshots from the screen. CamCapture has powerful capabilities to manage the files you have captured and other graphics files. You can easily convert between Windows bitmap (.bmp), (animated) GIF (.gif) and JPEG (.jpg) files. Also it is possible to remove spam from pictures.

CamCapture is Shareware. This means you can try it out for nothing, but you can make a maximum of 25 snapshots. To explore the full capabilities of CamCapture you can register CamCapture for $15.
